Dr. Joseph Himle discusses the phenomenon of unwanted and disturbing thoughts. Special emphasis is given on obsessive-compulsive disorder, a condition that is often associated with repetitive unwanted thoughts.

Joseph (Joe) Himle, er “associate” professor ved “School of Social Work Research and Traning center” og “Department of Psychiatry” ved universitetet i Michigan, USA.” Himle har publisert over 60 artikler og bokkapitler relatert til ulike områder innen mental helse, rusavhengighet og kognitiv atferdsterapi. Han har også en bistilling ved Sørlandet sykehus HF, KPH (klinikk for psykisk helse). Han er flere ganger kåret til ”Teacher of the year” ved universitetet i Michigan.
